It's been good so far. Got a year lease will make the best of it. Nice weight room, nice common areas, have had no problems with management, they all have been nice and respectful to me. I am on a fixed income so was glad to get a place downtown within walking distance to the stadium and a ton of clubs and eateries. Would recommend for the budget conscious folks.

Beautifully renovated, new appliances, nice amenities, excellent location with quick access to downtown Seattle as well as amazing city views. The maintenance team is particularly admirable as they are communicative, responsive, efficient, easy-going and personable. Overall a great, affordable place to live. I would recommend Addison on Fourth to anyone wanting to experience city living for a reasonable price!
